This Agreement governs your access to and use of Jaxon Learning's website at jaxonlearning.com ("Website"), and any other media form, channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto. By accessing the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website.

The content on the Website, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is owned by Jaxon Learning LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Jaxon Learning retains all rights in the content and design of its courses and services.

Upon completion of services and full payment, all rights, titles, and interests in any projects and eLearning courses created by Jaxon Learning LLC for clients will be transferred to the client. This transfer does not include proprietary methodologies or systems used by Jaxon Learning LLC that remain integral to our services.

 

3. User Engagement and Restrictions

You are prohibited from:

  • Publishing any material from the Website in any other media;

  • Selling, sublicensing, and/or otherwise commercializing any Website material;

  • Publicly performing or showing any Website material;

  • Using this Website in any way that is, or may be, damaging to this Website;

  • Using this Website in any way that impacts user access to this Website;

  • Using this Website contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way may cause harm to the Website, or to any person or business entity.

 

4. Subscription Services

We provide eLearning services under a subscription model. Details on subscription terms, fees, and services provided are available on our website. Subscriptions can be managed directly through your user account on our website.

 

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Due to the digital nature of our services and the customization involved, refunds are not available once a project has commenced or a service period has begun.
